Jack Croucher Hurt, Will Miss Rest of Year
Thursday, August 20th, 2043
When Jack Croucher was hurt against the Chesapeake Cangrejos Fantasmas, the Westwood Sixshooters were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 22-year-old starting pitcher suffered a torn rotator cuff throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Croucher would miss 14-15 months of the season.

This season Croucher has worked 72.1 innings with 32 strikeouts en route to a 3-8 record and a 4.98 ERA.
