Redlegs Yi Named PAAA's #1 Player Monday, September 7th, 2043 One of the league's most exciting young players, Won-shik Yi of the Sacramento Redlegs earned himself USPL Triple A Player of the Week honors with a standout performance in last week's games. For the week the 23-year-old left fielder had a lofty .407 average (11-for-27), collecting 5 home runs, 12 RBIs and 6 runs scored. This year Yi has socked 41 hits in 115 at-bats for a .357 average with 14 home runs. He is getting on base at a .449 pace and his totals also include 46 RBIs and 24 runs scored. |
