3L's Best Rookie Picked Monday, November 2nd, 2043 The top-rated rookie for 2043 in the Menard's Third League has been selected and the honor went to Nova Scotia third baseman Juan Neváres. It was a season to remember for the 22-year-old Leviathan newcomer. He wrapped up his first year with a .330 batting average, 41 doubles, 5 triples and 3 home runs. Neváres also had 65 RBIs and scored 70 times. Roy Bagnall of the Vancouver Grey Wolves finished second in voting, while Earl Hurdle of the Detroit Elite finished third. |
