Stingers Avino and Outlaws Flores Suspended for Fight Monday, September 21st, 2043 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Toledo-Nashville contest at Pacesetter Park. The Stingers Baldomero Avino and the Outlaws Ramón Flores will have to sit out 3 and 6 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. This year Avino is hitting .241 with 95 hits, 22 home runs, 65 RBIs and has scored 77 runs. Currently Flores has a 6-5 won-lost record in 21 starts with a 3.68 ERA. He also has 65 strikeouts in 139.1 innings. |
