Hit Streak Now at 20 for Bagnall Tuesday, August 18th, 2043 Roy Bagnall has been ripping hits every day for a while now, and nobody seems able to stop him. The Vancouver left fielder picked up 1 more today against the Panama City Piranhas and now has a 20-game hitting streak. The Grey Wolves won the game 2-1. "Definitely somebody's going to stop me at some point," he said later, chuckling. "I'll enjoy it for the time being." Roy Bagnall grounded out in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, grounded out in the 6th and singled in the 8th. Thus far this year Bagnall is batting .372 with 1 home run, 28 RBIs and 34 runs scored. |
