Alhama Selected SL's Best Player Monday, November 2nd, 2043 The future looks extremely bright for Francisco Alhama. At the age of 25, many players are still trying to find their way in United States Silver League. Alhama has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the United States Silver League Outstanding Hitter Award. "I didn't expect to hit .323 this year, that's for sure," the shortstop said. The D.C. Divided star also put up a .360 on-base percentage this year, with 141 hits, 23 doubles, 6 triples, 23 home runs, 80 RBIs and 58 runs scored. David de Meij of the Colorado Billy Goats finished second in voting, while Daniel McCoy of the Mississippi Mockingbirds finished third. |
