Bachelay Rips Cleveland for 5 Hits Monday, August 24th, 2043 Benigno Bachelay exploded for a barrage of base hits today at Magnolia Park. The Mississippi shortstop had a field day in the 7-3 triumph over the Cleveland Browns, finishing 5-for-5. "My hitting philosophy is simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch." Bachelay must have focused at least 5 times and apparently got some good pitches, too, leading to one of his best days ever with the bat. Benigno Bachelay singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 8th.
