Star of the Week Picked in PA Monday, June 8th, 2043 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USPL Single A, but last week Mario Roldán of the Grim Reapers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Roldán rocked opposing pitching for a .600 average (12-for-20), 1 home run and 3 RBIs to come away with the award. Thus far this season in 27 games Roldán is batting .340 with 2 home runs, 11 RBIs and 15 runs scored. He has 32 hits in 94 at-bats. |
