Blaze Wayne Hankins Down and Out for Year Wednesday, August 12th, 2043 Wayne Hankins of the Blaze just might have to call it quits for the season. The 22-year-old South Beach starting pitcher received a possible season-ending injury against the Chicago Tula recently at Ramblers Ballpark. Hankins suffered a damaged elbow ligament while throwing a pitch. The Blaze medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 12-13 months. |
