The Bulls reliever suffered a torn labrum during a game against the Washington Generals and will be out for at least 8 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season. For the season González has made no relief appearances, recorded no saves, compiled a 3-5 won-lost mark and a 2.79 ERA. In pitching 84 innings, he has totaled 114 strikeouts and 28 walks. |
