Injury Sidelines Mochihito Sato for Season

Mochihito Sato has to call it a season. The Idaho Falls Chukars starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the Walla Walla Walleye and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Sato was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as shoulder inflammation and stated that he would not be able to play for 6 months.
Over the season Sato has thrown 67.2 innings and dished out 53 strikeouts with a 2-7 mark and a 4.79 ERA.
