Yellows Starter Named August's Premier Pitcher Tuesday, September 1st, 2043 In August, Ryan Riley tore through the M3L Single A like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 20 years old. The young Yucca Valley starter posted a 4-1 mark and an ERA of 2.41 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 41 innings he collected 65 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .164 average. In 20 starts this season Riley has crafted a 11-3 record with a 2.12 ERA. |
