Tony Figueroa Injured, Out for Season
Monday, August 24th, 2043
The season is apparently over for Tony Figueroa. The Columbia River Rats medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 4-5 months with ulnar nerve entrapment. Figueroa was hurt in the game against Grand Forks while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season.

To this point in the season, Figueroa has rung up no saves in 12 relief appearances. He has also crafted a 2.14 ERA, 1 win and no losses and 38 strikeouts in 33.2 innings.
