van Opdorp Raps Greenville for 5 Hits Thursday, October 15th, 2043 It was a big day for Eisse van Opdorp and he brought the Boston Patriots along for the ride. van Opdorp led his club to a 7-6 victory over the Greenville 84s today at Dunkin Donuts Park, smoking Greenville pitching for 5 hits in 7 at-bats. The 28-year-old second baseman later called the victory "sweet." Eisse van Opdorp hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a two-run double in the 5th, struck out in the 8th, flied out in the 10th, singled in the 13th and singled in the 15th.
