The D.C. Divided defeated the Cleveland Browns, 6-4, in United States Silver League action at Washington Stadium, with D.C. pitcher Manuel Ruíz named player of the game. With the win, D.C. goes to 43-38, while the Browns fall to 39-42.

The Divided grabbed the lead in the bottom of the third. With two out, Francisco Alhama hit a solo home run off Juan Vias, putting D.C. in front, 2-0. For Alhama, it was his 17th home run of the season.

"Enjoyed this one," Ruíz told the D.C. Daily. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
