Dirty Reds Rally For Late Win Over Voodoo
San Mateo played host to New Orleans at the friendly confines of Lang Park.

Vicente Romero had a good game, but he could not keep the New Orleans Voodoo from falling, 6-4, to the San Mateo Dirty Reds at Lang Park. The New Orleans center fielder was 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once in the loss. The Dirty Reds now own a record of 42-37.

A crucial at-bat came with a runner on 1st and no one out in the bottom of the eighth inning. That's when shortstop Walker Ragland, the 21st overall pick in the 2038 draft, hit a single. The Dirty Reds went on to win.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Ragland. "And not try to do too much."
