Dirty Reds Knock Off Billy Goats at Grazing Hills
Fans who gathered at Grazing Hills saw a good contest between the San Mateo Dirty Reds and Colorado Billy Goats.

Despite a fine performance by designated hitter Tae-cho Han, the Colorado Billy Goats suffered a 5-3 loss to the San Mateo Dirty Reds. Han was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. San Mateo is in third place in the Silver League with a record of 40-35.

San Mateo used the timely hitting of Fortunato Rasquinha to seize the win. The catcher stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the second inning to put the Dirty Reds on top, 1-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said San Mateo manager Dean Ashley.
