Pivotal Game Goes to Host Bullets, 7-6
|
Kingston Township center fielder Amor Campos pounded Baltimore pitchers at Baltimore Grounds, but it was not enough to keep the Knights from losing in a walk-off. The Bullets fell 7-6 in Game of the Round 1. Campos went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once and was named player of the game for his efforts, even as he saw the Knights slip into a - tie in the best-of- series.
Kameron Guangorena, who finished 3rd in the PL in RBI with 84 in 2039, chipped in for Baltimore with a solo home run in the bottom of the tenth. For the game, the catcher had 2 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 1 RBI.
