The Hollywood Shredders topped the Baltimore Bullets, 8-1, in United States Premier League action at The Hollywood Bowl. The player of the game was Hollywood pitcher and Curridabat, Costa Rica native Jesús Vidro. The winning pitcher was Vidro, now 1-0. He tossed 5.1 innings of 3-hit ball, while walking 1 and fanning 9. The win pushes Hollywood to a record of 2-0.

Johan Kroening put Hollywood in front, 6-0, when he hit a 3-run home run off Jason Poulter in the bottom of the fourth. It was his 1st home run of the season.
