It was a good time at Baby Thunder Dome, where fans came to watch the Olympia Ogres and St. Petersburg Thunder get after it.

Bill Stickells knocked in 6 runs to help St. Petersburg beat Olympia, 11-7. Stickells produced 1 single, 1 double, and 2 home runs. St. Petersburg has now won 4 straight.

Stickells contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for St. Petersburg in the bottom of the fifth. With his team trailing 3-2, Stickells took a slider from Miguel Pérez and stroked the home run to right-center. His 7th home run of the season allowed the Thunder to leap in front, 5-3.

"I like the roll we're on," said St. Petersburg manager Emílio Sáenz.
