Browns Fall Short, 8-7, at Seattle
|
The Seattle Rocketeers did just enough to secure a 8-7 victory over the Cleveland Browns at Boeing Dome. Nobody did more than second baseman Alain Grosjean, who captured player of the game honors. Suhaila Zainuddin locked down his 1st save. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Rocketeers.
In the first inning, Grosjean had a 3-run home run for Seattle. It was his 9th home run of the season and put the Rocketeers on top, 5-0.
"I like the grit of this ballclub," Grosjean said.
