Had Calvin Chappell not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 3rd, Chappell hit a 2-run double. That made the score 2-0, in favor of the Baby Blues.

"I thought we played a nice game," Chappell told the Quebec City News. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
