Tigers Deal Uruguayans 6-3 Setback
|
Twinsburg right fielder Duncan Taylor had a 3-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Germantown Uruguayans, 6-3. Billy Ramsey got credit for the win, improving to 6-1. He allowed 3 runs on 7 hits in 6 innings. Picking up the save was Steven Carlson, his 8th.
Early in the game, Taylor had a 2-run home run for Twinsburg. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Tigers on top, 2-0.
"We're just going to try to build off this win," said Taylor.
Twinsburg is now 32-14, 2 games up in the Silver R.
