The Lang Park faithful were treated to an exciting walk-off win.

The San Mateo Dirty Reds did just enough to secure a 5-4 victory over the Colorado Billy Goats at Lang Park. Nobody did more than pitcher Ratko Davidovic, who captured player of the game honors. San Mateo reliever Okura Yamasaki picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Mamadou Boutin was saddled with the loss.

Late in the game, left fielder Quitério Ruah had a big at-bat for San Mateo. In the bottom of the 14th, he hit a run-scoring double off Mamadou Boutin. The play gave the Dirty Reds a 5-4 lead.

"I guess we'll all be a happy family for at least one day," said Ruah.

The Dirty Reds saw their win-loss record go to 16-17. At the same time, the Billy Goats fell to 17-16.
