Plattsburgh pitcher Jeff Morehead gave the Baby Blues all they could handle, but in the end, Quebec City left Dylan Park with a 5-3 win. Morehead allowed 1 earned run on 2 hits over 5.1 innings. The Baby Blues now have a record of 9-13 with the win over Plattsburgh.
Ricardo Hernández hit a 2-run double off Eisaku Ishikawa in the bottom of the eighth, which put the Baby Blues in front, 5-3. In addition to the double, Hernández had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 3.
