Wheeler Now 1-0 After Subduing Canonniers de Quebec

It was a fun time at Plattsburgh Park, where the Canonniers de Quebec and Plattsburgh Puffer Fish tangled.
Plattsburgh Puffer Fish starter Mike Wheeler pitched a strong game against the Canonniers de Quebec at Plattsburgh Park, leading the Puffer Fish to a 4-0 win. Plattsburgh is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 3rd in 8 games.
The standout performance belonged to 19-year-old Wheeler. With his baby face, he looked more like someone starting for a high school team than for the Puffer Fish. His performance, however, was nothing short of top-notch. The youngster dominated the Canonniers de Quebec, striking out 11 and scattering 2 hits over 6 innings. Wheeler is now 1-0 on the season.
"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Wheeler said after the game.
