The Long Island Ducks did just enough to secure a 1-0 victory over the Tulsa Otters at Ballpark of Hughesville. Nobody did more than pitcher Eric Corbin, who captured player of the game honors. The Ducks bumped their record to 51-29 with this latest triumph.

The Otters had trouble solving Corbin, who surrendered no earned runs on 2 hits over 8 innings.

"I made some pitches when I had to," said Corbin.
