The Fort Knox Centennial grabbed a 7-4 win over the Amarillo Warheads at Ballpark of Henderson. Fort Knox shortstop Dave Watson was 4-5 with a triple and 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 to earn player of the game honors. Fort Knox reliever Edward Pritchard got the win, raising his record to 2-1. Benigno Lio was tagged with the loss. The Warheads, now 20-54, have lost 4 in a row.

The game was all tied up in the top of the 11th, until Watson delivered big-time for Fort Knox, stroking a dramatic 2-run triple off Benigno Lio. The game-changing hit put the Centennial on top, 6-4.

"We're obviously playing with a lot of confidence," said Fort Knox manager Justin Saginov.
