Pitcher Clark Ritchie was sensational for the Fort Knox Centennial in his team's 6-0 triumph over the Amarillo Warheads. Ritchie received player of the game honors, while picking up the win. Amarillo has now lost 4 in a row.

Fort Knox second baseman Lloyd Griffin contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With two down, he hit a fastball into right field for a 2-run double. It was his 9th double of the season and put the Centennial ahead, 4-0.

"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Griffin said after the game.
