Rhinos Rally to Eke Out Win
Amarillo second baseman Soshal Distan Singh had a good game, even if his team did not. The Warheads dropped a 8-7 decision to Redwood at Ballpark of Henderson. Singh went 4-4 with a home run, 2 doubles, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2. Redwood reliever John Tripcony was the winner. His record is now 1-3. The losing pitcher was Jérôme Fleury. Chim Luu closed the game out for Redwood, earning his 2nd save.

Redwood used the timely hitting of Roberto García to capture the win. The center fielder stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the tenth inning to put the Rhinos on top, 8-7. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but he made it count.

In postgame remarks, García simply said: "Here's to a great win!"

The loss drops Amarillo to 4-10.
