Seahawks Continue Hot Streak with Extra-Inning Win
The Myrtle Beach Seahawks topped the Caldwell Chiefs, 8-5, at Pipers Ballpark. Myrtle Beach right fielder Bartolo Ayala earned player of the game honors. He banged out 3 singles and 1 double, while driving in 2 runs. The Seahawks, now 56-33, have won 6 in a row.
