Dirty Reds Fall Short at Kingston Township
The Kingston Township Knights defeated the San Mateo Dirty Reds, 4-3, in United States Silver League action at Cloverdale Legion Park, with Kingston Township pitcher Jin-oong Mae named player of the game. Kingston Township reliever Stu Searle was the winner. His record is now 1-1. The losing pitcher was Bob Bolen. The Dirty Reds fall to 8-10 and continue their uneven start to the 2043 season.

Ánibal Lima tagged a home run off Bob Bolen in the bottom of the tenth. His solo blast put the Knights on top, 4-3. In all, Lima had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 5.

"I liked his command," said Kingston Township manager Rayzor Ray. "Jin-oong was throwing strikes."
