Kingston Township Bats Go Silent in 2-0 Loss
San Mateo Dirty Reds starter Ratko Davidovic turned in an exceptional performance against the Kingston Township Knights at Cloverdale Legion Park, resulting in a San Mateo win, 2-0. Urs Ehles closed it out for his 3rd save. The Knights fall to 6-11 and continue their uneven start to the 2043 season.

Quitério Ruah dealt the Knights a blow in the top of the second. Batting with a runner on 1st and San Mateo leading 1-0, Ruah, who is tied for 3rd in the SL in runs scored with 12, hit a 1-2 fastball for a run-scoring double.

After the game, Ruah refused to speak to a reporter for the San Mateo Observer. "You've accused me of throwing teammates under the bus," he said. "So, excuse me if I decline to answer your questions."
