Grim Reapers starter Iban Wilson was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Myrtle Beach Seahawks, 3-2. Álex Alagna closed the game out for Grim, earning his 4th save. Grim, at 28-24, sits in 5th place in the Premier A.
The result might have been different for Grim, had it not been for Roy Stewart. The second baseman produced a run-scoring ground out in the top of the second inning to put the Reapers ahead, 1-0. For the game, Stewart had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"Being able to play a game for a living is one thing. Being able to play it well and contribute to a win is even better," Wilson told the Grim Gazette.
