Loss to Hermit Crabs Extends Mancelona Losing Streak
Huntington starter Francisco González pitched effectively against the Mancelona Torch at The Shell. The left-hander led his team to a 3-2 win. Huntington reliever Guillermo Quiñones picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Germán Silva absorbed the loss. The 9th-place Torch have lost 6 consecutive games.

Huntington took a 3-2 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning. With two out, shortstop Taylor Culshaw hit a 2-run home run that aroused the crowd.

"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Culshaw told the Huntington Times.
