Pontiac Godfathers starter Basilio Delgado turned in an exceptional performance against the Niagara Falls Expos at Waterfall Park, resulting in a Pontiac win, 3-1. Even with the win, the Godfathers have a dismal 28-56 record.

Delgado imposed his will on the Expos, scattering 5 hits over 8 innings while striking out 10. The left-hander upped his season record to 4-8.
