Emperador goes 3-for-4, Screaming Eagles Move to 39-19
|
A 3-RBI performance from designated hitter Enrique Emperador, who is rated as the 80th best prospect by BNN, led the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles to a 7-3 win over the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks. Dawson Randolph earned the win to go to 7-3. He allowed 2 earned runs on 3 hits, with 3 walks and 5 strikeouts. The save went to Mike Barraza, his 4th this season.
Emperador had a big at-bat with a runner on 1st in the bottom of the third inning, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Screaming Eagles went on to win.
