Streaking Screaming Eagles Win Another One
The Mercer Island Screaming Eagles defeated the Chesapeake Cangrejos Fantasmas, 11-4, at Mercer Island Grounds. Mercer Island catcher Corey Ollerton was named player of the game for his superb performance. He went 2-4 with a home run, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. The third-place Cangrejos Fantasmas have lost 4 consecutive games.

With Mercer Island leading 1-0 in the bottom of the second, Ollerton hit a fastball from Daniel St. John for a 3-run home run. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Screaming Eagles ahead, 4-0.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Ollerton said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
