Sixshooters Come Back Late, Nip Screaming Eagles
In a tight contest at Sixshooters Stadium, the Westwood Sixshooters edged the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles by the score of 6-5. Westwood catcher Patrick Rivera, who blasted 1 home run, was named the player of the game. Westwood reliever Finley Brinley picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Skip Walker took the loss. The loss drops Mercer Island to 9-4.

Edmond Hallewell was the walk-off hero for Westwood. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Sixshooters left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Rivera told the Westwood News.
