Great Day for Ohm in Patriots Win
|
The Hollywood Shredders and Boston Patriots were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd at The Hollywood Bowl.
Boston designated hitter Jae-woo Ohm had a 5-RBI performance, which helped his team grab a 8-2 win over the Hollywood Shredders. The win puts the Patriots at 56-30, while the Shredders drop to 55-31.
With Boston leading 2-1 in the top of the third, Ohm hit a sinker from Kent Good for a grand slam home run. It was his 13th home run of the season and put the Patriots ahead, 6-1.
"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Ohm told the Boston Daily News.
