Alemán goes 3-for-4, Leads Highlanders to Win
It was a good time at Asheville Park, where fans came to watch the Yakima Hops and Asheville Highlanders get after it.

The Asheville Highlanders grabbed a 8-4 win over the Yakima Hops at Asheville Park. Asheville second baseman Guillermo Alemán was 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once to earn player of the game honors. Vicente Molina earned the win for Asheville. He lasted 7 innings, allowing 4 earned runs on 10 hits, while striking out 3. With the win, he raised his record to 5-4.

Early in the game, Alemán had a 3-run home run for Asheville. It was his 8th home run of the season and put the Highlanders on top, 3-0.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Alemán said.
