Behind a solid performance from third baseman Yoritomo Sato, the Buffalo White Walkers defeated the Baltimore Bullets, 4-3. Sato was 3-5 with 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the White Walkers. Buffalo currently is in last place in the Premier League at 20-55.
Sato had a game-changing single in the top of the seventh. On a 1-0 fastball from Seong-hyeon Yi, he banged a run-scoring single to right, giving the White Walkers a 4-3 lead. It was the 30th hit of the year for Sato.
"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Buffalo manager Chris Lau. "It's usually not just one thing."
