Despite a fine performance by center fielder Glyn Bolasky, the Baltimore Bullets suffered a 6-4 loss to the Long Island Lighthouse. Bolasky went 2-2 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Carlos Rodríguez notched his 12th save in 12 chances. The Lighthouse bumped their record to 36-36 with this latest triumph.

Long Island grabbed control in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, León Castillo delivered a 2-run single, to make it 6-4 in favor of the Lighthouse.

Castillo told the media after that game that the mood in the clubhouse is "extremely positive" after a win like that.
