White Walkers Lose to Cattlemen, 4-1
José Ruíz never let the White Walkers get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his forkball, to pitch the Cattlemen to a 4-1 win. Ruíz went 7.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 1, and struck out 6. His record improves to 5-6. The Cattlemen improve their record to 26-45 with the win over Buffalo.

One of the clutch hits for Ft. Worth came from one of their biggest talents. In the bottom of the seventh with one out, Shawn Kyllo, who is tied for 7th in the PL in stolen bases with 18, hit a run-scoring single to put the Cattlemen up, 2-1. For the game, the center fielder went 1-3. He drove in 2 runs.
