Squirrel Monkeys Reel Off Another Win
|
Syracuse catcher Raffaello Dichio was instrumental in his team's 5-4 win over the Florida Men. Dichio, who is rated as the 50th best prospect by BNN, went 4-4 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Squirrel Monkeys. Ales Kretky notched his 1st save in 1 chances. The winning continues for Syracuse, with the latest making it 9 straight.
The Squirrel Monkeys grabbed the lead in the bottom of the third. With two out, Eddie Sachs hit a 3-run home run off Raúl Hinojosa, putting Syracuse in front, 4-2. For Sachs, it was his 5th home run of the season.
"Feels good to get the job done," Sachs said after the game.
