Marberry Lays Hammer Down in 11-0 Win
The Nashville Outlaws got a strong performance from pitcher Firpo Marberry, who stymied the Detroit offense en route to a 11-0 win at Nashville Stadium. The Outlaws improve their record to 40-52 with the win over Detroit.

Marberry, a native of Blackfoot, Idaho, was dealing all game. He kept Detroit hitters off-balance, while giving the Outlaws 8.1 quality innings. Marberry threw 96 pitches, allowing 2 hits and striking out 10.

"I had pretty good command out there," said Marberry.
