The Nova Scotia Leviathan defeated the Nashville Outlaws, 9-3, at The Dungeon in Halifax. Nova Scotia designated hitter Tony Wonder was named player of the game for his superb performance. He went 3-5 with a home run and 2 doubles. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Liam Bane picked up the win, improving his season record to 1-0. He struck out 6 in 9 innings. The third-place Leviathan improved to 46-33.

The Leviathan picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.
