Baton Rouge Brass starter Adrik Mihalushkin was in fine form against the Florida Men at Psychos Ballpark, leading his team to a 4-1 win. Mihalushkin, the winner, moves to 1-0. He threw 6.2 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 6 and giving up no walks. The third-place Brass are now 45-37, the Men 37-45.

Baton Rouge used a timely hit from Anthony Roosemont to get the win. The center fielder delivered a run-scoring triple in the top of the first inning to put the Brass on top, 1-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"It was a tough night at the plate," said Florida manager Jerome Perry.
