The Kansas Rainbeaus defeated the Pawnee ParksNRec, 4-1, in USSL Triple A action at Whips Ballpark, with Kansas left fielder Seb Blanch named player of the game. Von Hansen got credit for the save for Kansas. It was his 5th of the year. The Rainbeaus are now 42-38, while the ParksNRec fall to 37-43.

The outcome might have been different for Kansas, had it not been for Guan-xiu Long, the 22-year old third baseman . Long stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the third inning to put Kansas up, 3-0. For the game, he was 3 for 4, including 1 double and 2 singles.

"We put together a nice win," Long said.
