Despite a great performance by Kansas second baseman Jorge Indiano, the Pennsauken Flyers defeated the Rainbeaus by the score of 5-3 at Wichita Field. Indiano was 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 3 times. The save was credited to Scott Alexander, his 7th. The Flyers have now won 4 straight.

Pennsauken used the bat of Rafael Barrueco to capture the win. The right fielder jacked a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Flyers ahead, 5-2. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a dandy.

"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Pennsauken manager Tony Romero. "It's usually not just one thing."
